![]() After that, your OpenAI usage will be billed through your OpenAI account. When you first create an OpenAI account you usually receive starter credits that will let you test using the Workflow Summary tool for free. Using the Workflow Summary tool requires you to provide your own OpenAI API key. The Workflow Summary tool was created using the Alteryx Python SDK v2 which is compatible with all Alteryx Designer Desktop releases starting with 2021.4. When we combined all these techniques, we found that we were able to come up with amazing summaries for even the longest and most complex workflows! (It sometimes wanted to default to “this is an Alteryx workflow that analyzes data” - which is almost always true and almost never helpful!) We also worked with the prompts to reduce the model’s likelihood of “hallucinating” - making up plausible sounding summaries because there isn’t enough information in the distilled workflow text to constrain the model’s output to an accurate summary. We also spent some time determining effective prompts to get the ChatGPT models to usefully summarize our workflow text. If the workflow text is still too long for ChatGPT, we look for containers of tools that can be summarized first before combining that summary with the rest of the workflow.įinally, if the workflow is still too long, we work our way through the flow of the tools and summarize chunks of tools then we “summarize the summaries” to get an overview of the whole workflow. If there are any tools that are especially long by themselves, for example a Formula tool with a very long formula or an R or Python tool with a long set of code in it, these may be individually summarized by ChatGPT first before being combined back in with the rest of the tools. For example, we keep the text in a Comment tool, but not the position of the box on the canvas, the font, or the background color. These include:Įxtracting key configuration options for each tool and connections between each tool, while leaving out configuration options that don’t really help ChatGPT understand the workflow. So we developed a set of strategies to convert each workflow file into text of a length that the ChatGPT model can accept. ![]() The files that define many workflows are too long for direct input to the ChatGPT ( gpt-3.5-turbo) model in the OpenAI APIs. Your tool should remember this connection unless you re-open the “Save/Update API Key in DCM” button and change it, or unless you delete the tool. or choose the Save/Update API Key in DCM button in the Workflow Summary configuration panel: Set up a DCM Connection using your OpenAI API key (you should also only have to do this once, unless your key changes):Ī. Once you have installed the tool, please restart Designer Desktop.

Additionally, leaving the other options set to 'default' actually means 'minimal', when someone would think this means 'optimal'. This means you can only set to specific values - not values you want. Such a great choice in fact, that the entire Harry Potter series is printed in Adobe Garamond. The letters were designed this way to increase legibility in print, which is what makes Garamond fonts such a great choice for body text. Garamond’s typefaces however (there are 34 attributed to him), were designed in the Roman style, with the letters’ ascenders vertical and the crossbar of the letter ‘e’ horizontal, instead of slanted as in earlier calligraphic fonts. Prior to Claude Garamond’s work, fonts were designed to mimic the handwriting of scribes. ![]() All of these fonts are slightly different, but all have their origins in the work of Claude Garamond, who designed the original punch cuts in the 1500s, making Garamond fonts some of the oldest around. ![]() Some examples you may have heard of include Adobe Garamond, Monotype Garamond and Garamond ITC. ‘Garamond’ actually refers to a style of font, rather than one font in particular. Once you have the answers to these questions, and have decided on the ‘voice’ you want to convey, you are finally ready to start searching for your font! Read on for our recommendations of 10 of the best fonts you can use for your next presentation. If you want your audience to feel the familiarity of these tried and tested fonts, easily done! Or do you want to escape the familiar, be a little bit unique and memorable with a font your audience hasn’t already seen that day? Everyone knows Arial is clear, no-nonsense, professional. Everyone knows Times New Roman is serious, respectable, reliable. Many of the most popular typefaces already have well established voices. Do you want to appeal to tradition, to intellectual weight with a serif font, or do you want your text to feel modern, to speak of technology and progress with a sans serif choice? Which leads to the final consideration… How much familiarity do you want? But these are not hard and fast rules! A popular idea is to choose one of each, perhaps titles will be sans serif and body text will be serif, but it’s up to you – choose what feels right for your brand. Alternatively, sans serif fonts are better for titles and text displayed on a screen. General wisdom is that serif fonts are better for print and for body text, as the serifs lead the eye from one character to the next like joined handwriting. Serif fonts have little ticks or ‘wings’ at the end of their lines, and are usually associated with serious, business-like, intellectual content, whereas sans serif fonts – like this one – have no marks on the ends of their lines, and are usually seen as modern, sleek and clean. Whether your font is for heading or body text will help inform your answer to the next question… Serif or sans serif? The first thing to consider is where your text will be used – does it need to be easily readable in longer paragraphs and smaller sizes? Or can you afford to go bigger? Are you looking for a larger, more impactful slide title? Are you choosing a font for headings or body text? So, if you’re going to be using your presentation on multiple machines, you need something that will work on all of them – you need a Windows-standard font.Īnd, in case you were wondering, the ten we recommend here are all on that list. ![]() Why does this matter? Well, if you make a beautiful presentation using a custom font and then send it to your colleague who doesn’t have the font installed, their version of the presentation will be a huge mess of mis-sized default fonts that isn’t really fit for purpose. We’ll have a look at custom fonts later in this article, but one last question to ask is if the font you intend to use is Windows-standard. Free download: If you’re not sure what is Windows-standard and what isn’t, then download this list of Windows-standard fonts for your reference. Is it a Windows-standard font?īefore we get started this is probably the most important question to ask is if your font should be Windows-standard. You need a font with the right ‘voice.’īut how do we pick one? Before we get into our recommendations for 10 of the best presentation fonts, let’s run through some of the questions you can ask to help you decide. You need to use a font that aligns with the rest of your design style, and with the personality you’re trying to convey. Beautiful photography and well-designed icons can all be undermined by a poorly-chosen typeface. Fonts have as big an impact on design style as the visuals. The design choices we make in our presentations – the colours, the icons, the photography and illustrations – all form a kind of shorthand through which our audiences recognise our brand and get a feel for the message we’re aiming to communicate. When booting any PS3 rom with rpcs3, rpcs3 surely allocates them somewhere but. imgCaptura de Tela (12).png /img But when I close and open the game/emulator, it changes the rbp and the rcx, which breaks the pointer. But all the variables of the emulated PS3 rom can not be static because rpcs3, like all emulators, must allocate them at runtime, when booting the selected PS3 rom for example, and can not be allocated at load time when executing rpcs3.exe via a shortcut for example. I just wanted to be sure why it wasn't working. On the pointer box I put 'pcsx2-qt.exe'+31A8D90, on the offset box I put 0088011C, and when I clicked OK it created a working pointer, which made me really happy. ![]() Overall, this pull request offers a significant performance boost for games that heavily stream textures and provides a new feature for texture replacements, making it a valuable addition to the GS's texture cache. But I will use EmuDeck for the time being. It also has a maximum texture size that it can cache, to avoid caching too many large textures which would consume too much memory. I tried RetroArch and understand it isn't supported atm. I understand what you're saying, I understand you can use EmuDeck or the RetroArch core individually. It isn't that RetroArch is lacking a feature, it is that the emu community hasn't built RetroArch cores for every emulator. For laptops being unplugged this would mean an internal battery saving mode. Other than using an SSD or ramdisk (and you haven't enough ram for that), there isn't much you can do. ![]() The reason it goes away on your SSD is an SSD has zero seek time, so it gets the data instantly. This will ensure PCSX2 can utilise its full potential. It happens when the game goes to load data that's not already in ram, and it needs to access the ISO. But sometimes Pcsx2 load slower and then it slows down my games. You can find this setting in the control panel. I am new in using pcsx2 and I have noticed that when pcsx2 loads faster then my game also plays a lot faster with the same configuration. You aren't going to get the RetroArch menu/overlay for the emulators that are not running via a RetroArch core. PCSX2 recommends all computers to be plugged-in at all times and on the high performance (or similar) power plan. The PCSX2 core for RetroArch is still in beta support and has known issues. I even tried using a different bios from someone else, and different plugins, still have the same thing happening. Ive turned speedhacks off, Ive tried different graphics settings combinations, and nothing changes. It should be using the standalone flatpak for the PCSX2 emulator. Well Ive tried 0.9.8 and 0.9.9 and still get the same problem. ![]() It seems like you are still missing the point that if you used EmuDeck to do the installations for your emulators, then it shouldn't be using RetroArch for the PS2 emulation. From what I can tell, RetroArch is lacking this feature which am surprised at, would just be a much nicer experience with the UI in game, for the time being I will work out the HotKeys, but thank you for your input. Sorry I had planned on responding after eating, but life.
